materials, return
form, and original
invoice to us
by an insured
courier (UPS or
Registered Mail)
and retain the
tracking number
for your records.
We are not responsible
for items lost
or damaged while

words on the outside

Exchanging
Your Order:

a $5.95 shipping
and insurance
charge on all
exchanges in the
US whereas $19.95
for international
exchanges.
2. Print the Exchange

Code on the Exchange
Form and on the
outside of the
shipping box.
3. Send your item(s)
with Original
Tag(s) attached,
original packing
materials, return
form, and original

come in a standard
size of 7. If
you should need
a different size
we will have to
custom order your
ring. If you would
like to return
a ring that has
been custom ordered,
please be aware
that there is
a %15 Re-stocking
Fee.
• Special
orders and engraved
items are not
returnable. If
there was an error
made on our part,
we will happily
exchange your

• Gifts
to third parties
