Returns and Exchanges  

We are very confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund (less 15% restocking fee and shipping charges) or exchange (exchanges are not subject to the 15% restocking fee). Also, we do not charge restocking fee for our diamond engagement rings whose product style numbers start with FOS or FOT.

Returning Your Order:

We are very confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund (less 15% restocking fee and shipping charges) or exchange (exchanges are not subject to the 15% restocking fee). Also, we do not charge restocking fee for our diamond engagement rings whose product style numbers start with FOS or FOT (There is still restocking fee for these styles if they are purchased without the center diamonds.).

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):

1. Contact Customer Service via email and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.
2. Print the Return Form, and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization Code (RAC) on the return form and on the outside of the shipping box.
3. Send your item(s) with Original Tag(s) attached, original packing materials, return form, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

4. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
5. A refund will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.Loose certified diamonds are not subject to restocking fees if returned in the same saleable condition with certificates, however return dates may vary from one stone to another. Please contact us in order to learn about the exact return dates about the unique stone you are interested.



Exchanging Your Order:

Please follow these steps to exchange your jewelry item(s):
1. Contact Customer Service via email and request an Exchange Authorization Code (EAC) for your order number. There will be a $5.95 shipping and insurance charge on all exchanges in the US whereas $19.95 for international exchanges.
2. Print the Exchange Form, and fill it out completely. Please write your Exchange Authorization Code on the Exchange Form and on the outside of the shipping box.
3. Send your item(s) with Original Tag(s) attached, original packing materials, return form, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package.

4. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
5. The item(s) will be exchanged within 3 business days. All price adjustments will be done in the original form of payment.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:
• The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. Items damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned.
• Rings come in a standard size of 7. If you should need a different size we will have to custom order your ring. If you would like to return a ring that has been custom ordered, please be aware that there is a %15 Re-stocking Fee.
• Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order.
• Gifts to third parties are not refundable, and can only be exchanged.
• Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
